The Chillida apartment is a luxury apartment with 60m2 of surface area, completely new, built in a modern and well-designed building. The floor of the living room and bedroom is white varnished wood, giving it great brightness and elegance, most pleasant.
The apartment is designed so that the magnificent views it has over the sea and the bay of San Sebastián are incorporated into it and are the undisputed protagonists of this apartment. To achieve this, the partition wall between the living room and the bedroom is made of glass, equipped with a motorised curtain for privacy.
Once inside, we can enjoy a modern and comfortable atmosphere with all the luxuries you could expect. (Flat-screen TV, WiFi, DVD, HiFi, etc). It has a spacious, fully furnished living-dining room including a large and comfortable slatted sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two additional people accompanying you in the apartment. From the living room you can enjoy privileged views as can be seen in the photograph.
The apartment offers a lovely bedroom with a double bed, and upon waking, a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is designer and has all the appliances you may need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery, everything will be at your disposal when you arrive at this magnificent apartment. The bathroom is spacious and includes all the amenities for your comfort, the shower a delight with a rain effect.
The building has two large lifts. The apartment and access comply with disability regulations.
Bed linen and towels are also included.
