This lovely apartment has views of the famous Iglesia Santa Maria, right next to La Concha beach and not far from the beach, Zurriola.. at a few meters from the apartment is the picturesque old fishermans port.
The famous Paseo del Boulevard leads from the apartment to the shopping mall, La Brecha market, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the famous landmark venue Kursaal where the famous San Sebastian Film Festival takes place...

During the summer there are boats that will take passengers to the Santa Clara Island, another great way to spend the day while in San Sebastian; they leave from the port every 15 mins and takes about 30 mins each way.

The kitchen is perfect, modern and fully equipped with all the mod cons to ensur the guest can prepare a meal should he wish to...
This charming apartment has two balconies, which face down to the street where the guest can do a little "people watching”...
The bedroom comes with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and faces to the interior, thus ensureing a quiet night; even though this apartment is on one of the main streets in the Parte Vieja it is still a very quiet spot...
