The Santa María apartment is located in the Parte Vieja, on its main street.
The Santa Maria apartment is situated on the widest street in the area, with views of the Church of Santa Maria, next to La Concha beach, also close to Zurriola beach and just a few metres from the picturesque fishing port.
The famous Boulevard Promenade leads to the apartment, just a few metres away from the city's shopping centre, the Brecha market, with local food products, impressive fish and vegetables, and also near the emblematic Victoria Eugenia Theatre and Kursaal.

There are numerous activities that can be done on foot from this accommodation, as it is located in the most ideal place to access the entire city.
In the heart of San Sebastián's atmosphere, the fishing port, Concha beach, the Paseo Nuevo from where you can see the waves of the sea breaking with all their force, to continue to the Aquarium and the port with its typical restaurants under arcades.
A great opportunity to enjoy Cantabrian fish and seafood.
Staying in this apartment puts at your feet the best area of bars and restaurants in the city, where you can enjoy its spectacular pintxos, excellent food bites.
For a cultural visit we have the Victoria Eugenia theatre, recently refurbished, and the Kusaal where exhibitions, concerts, etc. are held.
In summer boats sail along the coast, lasting 30 minutes, another option could be to spend the day on Santa Clara Island, to which boats depart regularly every 15 minutes.

The Apartment;
The Santa Maria apartment is a very pleasant, modern apartment, with approximately 45 square metres of surface area, completely new inside, built in a small building typical of the Old Town of San Sebastián, in a very charming setting, with the beautiful Santa Maria Church very close to it and views over it, as can be seen in the photograph. The privilege of this apartment is its location, to experience the genuine atmosphere of San Sebastián up close.
The floor throughout the apartment is light wood, doors painted white.
Once inside we can enjoy a modern and comfortable atmosphere, with all the details you could expect, (32" flat-screen TV, DVD, HIFI, comfortable bathroom, etc).
It has a spacious living-dining room, fully furnished, including a sofa bed, which you can use to accommodate up to two more people accompanying you, the open-plan kitchen, impeccable in design, with top-of-the-range appliances. From this room there are two balconies overlooking the street.
The apartment offers a lovely bedroom, with a large built-in wardrobe, a spacious double bed, this room is interior.
The kitchen is designer and has all the appliances you may need, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer. Utensils such as blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, etc, will make you feel at home. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery, everything will be at your disposal when you arrive at this fantastic apartment.
The bathroom is also completely equipped with shower, sink, heated towel rail, hair dryer, etc
The apartment has no lift, as is the case with the vast majority of buildings in the Old Town, requiring you to climb 20 steps to reach it.
The decoration is contemporary, paying attention to detail, making this apartment a comfortable place. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking within about 100 metres of the apartment.
