The Zen apartment is a luxury apartment of 85m in surface area.
Built in an emblematic building, which stands out for its traditional sandstone facade restored and the criterion of maximum comfort for the interior finish of the apartment, in the heart of San Sebastian.
The apartment:
It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and bathroom, all with luxury materials and a perfect finish.
The apartment is completely exterior with a beautiful bay window from where you can contemplate the city streets. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen integrated with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and utensils such as blender, toaster, juicer, etc, perfect and impeccable. The living room is cosy and with a lovely rectangular shape, fully equipped with sofa, dining table, etc., a beautiful space where you can spend an unforgettable time in our wonderful city.
The entire floor of the house is light wood except for the kitchen and bathroom.
The two rooms are exterior, each with a balcony, the main one with a 150cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds (trundle bed, one is stored underneath the other when not in use). Both with impeccable built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom is extremely comfortable with a spacious shower where you can relax.
The atmosphere of the apartment is cosy, modern and impeccable while being comfortable with all the luxuries you can expect (42" LED TV, air conditioning, etc)
Towels and bed linen are also at your disposal. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.
